A project of Portland, OR-based DJ and multi-instrumentalist Paul Dickow -- also a member of Nudge and Fontanelle -- Strategy fuses dub, funk, house, disco, ambient, and pop into a uniquely shimmering, free-flowing, genre-defying sound.
