14. Refunds

NOTE: The Site will not issue a refund if you have made a deposit only to purchase 1 song/album, this is not allowed .

Deposit and Bonus Usage:
When you make a deposit and receive a bonus, the deposit amount is considered to be spent first, followed by the bonus amount. This means that when you engage in any transactions or spending, the funds from your deposit will be utilized first, before any bonus funds are used.

Refund Calculation:
If you wish to request a refund, we will consider the amount remaining from your deposit after deducting any funds spent. To calculate the refundable amount, we sum up the payment amounts of each deposit and subtract the total amount spent. If the remaining amount is less than the total deposit amount, a refund can be processed for the difference. However, if the amount spent exceeds the total deposit amount, we are unable to provide a refund as the funds have already been utilized.

Multiple Deposits:
In cases where you have made multiple deposits, we will consider the cumulative deposit amount and subtract the total amount spent across all deposits. The refundable amount will be based on the remaining balance after deducting all spending from the total deposit amount.

15. Taxes.

16. Methods of Payment and Credit Card Terms .
