Taking their name from the classic, Ronnie Dio-fronted Black Sabbath album, Mob Rules is a melodic power metal band formed in Wilhelmshaven, Germany, circa 1994, by ex-Van Blanc members Matthias Mineur (guitar) and Torsten Plorin (bass).
