Finnish-born Jori Hulkkonen has an impressive discography with the label F Communications and Ultra. He has been producing music since 1989 and started releasing tracks four years after. In 1996, Holkkonen started DJing and turned professional one year later. In 1993 he co-founded the now defunct Lumi Records with a couple colleagues; Ari Ruokamo relaunched the label in 1999.
