The progressive trance duo Deepsky consists of New Mexico natives J. Scotty G. and Jason Blum. Their mid-'90s singles for Rampant Records include Tempest, which became the theme for MTV's electronica show, AMP, and In My Mind, both of which were featured on the label's Planet Rampant II singles collection. The duo then moved to Fragrant records, where they collaborated with Shawn Parker as the Dayspring Collective and released the album Spark.
