San Francisco-based multimedia artist Christopher Willits studied visual arts at the Kansas City Art Institute and earned a master's degree in electronic music at Mills College. By 2006, he released a handful of albums credited solely to him -- including 2002's Pollen and Folding, and the Tea, as well as 2006's more song-oriented Surf Boundaries -- in addition to numerous collaborations.
