The rock group Arrows formed in Toronto, Canada, in 1981. The early members were lead singer Dean McTaggart, keyboardist Rob Gusevs, sax player Earl Seymour, bassist Hendrik Rilk, guitarist Rusty McCarthy, and percussionist and drummer Michael Sloski.
