A founding member of New York's D.I.T.C. (Diggin' in the Crates Crew), A.G. made his first appearance on Lord Finesse's debut album, Funky Technician, in 1990. Teaming up with partner Showbiz in 1991, the duo released their first EP, Party Groove/Soul Clap, and were subsequently signed to Payday Records. A.G. stuck with Showbiz, releasing three albums in the early to mid-'90s, and appeared on plenty of D.I.T.C.-related albums, among others.
