Swiss-born and Berlin-based Robi Insinna, aka Headman, graced the "nu disco" movement beginning in the early 2000s as a DJ, producer, and founder of Relish Records in 2001. As an early contemporary of DFA Records and Output Recordings, he was part of the scene that ushered the "punk funk" sound onto discerning dancefloors around the world. In 2003 he released his debut album, It Rough, to critical acclaim on the Munich label Gomma.
