Norwegian pop/rock duo Eva & the Heartmaker consist of Eva Weel Skram and Thomas Stenersen. Skram grew up in Sogndal, Norway, the daughter of a folksinging father. She moved to Oslo in 2004, and there she met Stenersen, a guitarist born in Bardufoss, Norway. They formed the group and married. Their first album, Behind Golden Frames, was recorded in Stenersen's studio.
