Ramses Shaffy is a Dutch singer and actor who peaked in popularity during the mid- to late '60s and remained active throughout the '70s. Born on August 29, 1933, in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France, just outside of Paris, he spent the first six years of his life in Cannes, France, with his mother.
